VIKING HELLAS S.A. is an authorised provider in servicing/maintenance of Lifeboats, Launching Appliances,On-load Release Gear and Davit Launched Automatic Liferaft Release Hooks in compliance with the SOLAS regulations and IMO MSC Circ. 1206.

The company was founded in 1989 to manufacture and provide services on Davits & Lifeboats,in co-operation with WATERCRAFT HELLAS S.A. In 2006, WATERCRAFT HELLAS S.A. was sold and the company expanded its activities by developing the rest of the departments.  

Since then, the company:

·         Provides complete services on LSA equipment and Launching Appliances

·         Repairs lifeboats and associated equipment on board or at its own workshop in Piraeus

·         Provides Hook replacement/modification as per IMO MSC/Circ.1392

·         Is equipped with specialised machinery so as to construct bearings/release cables and other spare parts upon request

·         Has its own certified water bags and load cells for performing load tests and for hire

·         Is an official distributor of BUKH  marine lifeboat engines &  supplying spares and providing service

Our company has many respective collaborations in the marine field and has grown to be one of the leading service suppliers in Greece. It has been approved by most of the maritime authorities and Classification Societies as well as Lifeboat and Davit manufacturers. Qualified and experienced personnel in each department is occupied in order to ensure prompt and professional service. Our technical department has fully trained Service Engineers, qualified to evaluate, quote and complete all types of repairs on all types of lifeboats
